In order to ensure our continuous work schedule and to provide you the best service we can, the following rules must be followed.
Cancellation: Cancellations/date changes can be made free of charge 24 hours prior to the booked date with the verification email received at the time of booking. If your cancellation is made within 24 hours, a penalty fee will be charged. This means that you must pay for your late cancellation on your next appointment.
Late arrivals: Please arrive on time! If you are 10 minutes or more late, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you the selected service. If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment will be considered as cancelled.
